| smartshop411's Full Review: Avon Clearskin Purifying Gel Cleanser |
Ive been using Avons Clearskin Purifying Gel Cleanser for about 4 months now. I have combination skin that is pretty oily in the summer. My skin is also sensitive sometimes to acne medications and will get dry and flakey. I am pushing 30 years old and have the pleasure of breakouts and wrinkles at the same time! Nature is cruel sometimes

The other ingredients are as follows: water, sodium c14-16 olefin sulfonate, lauramidopropyl betaine, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, aloe barbadenis gel, chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower extract, xanthan gum, atelocollagen, sodium chondroitin sulfate, phosphatidylcholine, butylene/ethylene/propylene copolymer, sodium c8-16 isoalkylsuccinyl lactoglobulin sulfonate, isododecane, lysine carboxymethyl cysteinate, butylene glycol, sodium chloride, imidazolidinyl urea, disodium edta, cocamidopropyl pg-dimonium chloride phosphate, peg-150 distearate, sodium citrate, benzoic acid, benzophenone-9, fragrance
My Experience
Avons Clearskin Purifying Gel Cleanser works well for my combination skin. I use one-pump per wash, and it lathers up nicely. I use it 1-3 times per day. My skin definitely feels clean afterwards, with no soapy residue. The smell is slightly medicinal, but not unpleasant. As far as acne fighting benefits, my skin has been clearer since I began to use this product regularly, but I still have breakouts and blackheads. They are definitely not eliminated. But I will continue to use Avons Clearskin Purifying Gel Cleanser because it rinses cleanly, fights oil, doesnt irritate my skin, and is a great price.
