Black & Decker CM1936 19" Mulching Mower (885911148238)

I bought a Black & Decker CM1936 19-Inch 36-Volt Cordless Electric Lawn Mower With Removable Battery for my 1/3-acre lawn in June and bought it with an extra battery so I would be able to do the entire lawn at one time. I've never used the spare battery. The CM1936 has more than enough power to do the entire lawn without a recharge. Other pluses include no more runs to the store to buy more gas, no gas slopped on your hands and clothes with that never-ending gasoline smell. No more noise. The CM1936 is quiet enough that I can actually mow in the early morning before it gets hot without awakening my neighbors! The biggest cons are the fact that the machine is really bad at bagging clippings but I believe this is more of a design issue rather than any lack of power. The machine is a little heavier than my last gasoline machine so if I had it to do over again I would get the self-propelled version for just a few dollars more. The safety features on the machine are actually ridiculous. The machine will not run while it is charging and a key must be inserted in the charging slot when you're ready to go. Once the key is in place you must push a button while simultaneously pulling down a bar on the handle of the machine in order to get it to run. Once it is running, though, it is powerful enough to tackle any grass.
