Cons: Straps caused minor discomfort, but otherwise no complaints!
The Bottom Line: I have used this stroller on my twin boys from age 6 to age 12 (currently) and may use it longer. This is a great stroller!

| cmdietz's Full Review: Baby Jogger Twinner II Stroller |
I purchased a Baby Jogger Twinner for my twin sons, Scott and Chris when they were 6 years old, and both weighed about 30 Lbs (They are small for their age.) The store where I purchased them had one of each model that they stocked out so you see and try it. I was looking for a durable, long lasting stroller, that is very safe. I took both Scott and Chris with me, and put them in several of the 2 seater strollers, and the Baby Jogger Twinner impressed my wife and I the most. The main reason that we picked the Baby Jogger over another model that we looked at was because the Baby Jogger had 5 Point Harnesses (Shoulder straps, waist strap, and a crotch strap) where the other model only had a 3 point harness (waist and crotch strap). It was expensive, but we want our children to be safe.
The old stroller that we used to put them in was a double seater umbrella type stroller that only has the 3 point harness, so Chris (who is the escaper) would just slide his legs right up and out of the straps. With the Baby Jogger and the 5 point harness, he cant slide under or over the straps! It will keep him with us and safe!
When we go somewhere, I leave both kids in their car seats while I go back to the trunk, and fold up the Baby Jogger. When I unstrap Scott from his car seat, he will run over, and get into the Baby Jogger, and pull the shoulder straps over his head, and wait for me to fasten the waist and crotch straps. Chris is totally diffrent, when I unstrap him from his car seat, I have to pick him up, and put him in the stroller, and hold him in while I fasten the straps. Scott will sit still in the stroller, and be very good. Chris is constantly trying to get out, but is not able to!
Scott and Chris both agree that the stroller is comfortable, and rolls smoothly, even though that Chris does not want to be in it. The only thing that they say that they both have found uncomfortable, is that sometimes the straps get twisted, which digs into them, and when sitting in a certian position, the crotch strap digs into their legs, but I can easily untwist the straps, and they can move into a diffrent position, and are very comfortable again. Although Chris says that he is comfortable, he still is continually trying to unfasten the straps, or squirm out, but for his safety, it is good that he cant get out!
Today, Scott and Chris are 12 years old, and 44" tall. Scott weighs 52 lbs, and Chris weighs 54 lbs. We still use the Baby Jogger with them. Although they say that the maximum weight per child is 50 Lbs, I called the company, and they say that the stroller can safely hold two 80 pound children, so we can still get more use out of it. They still have the same attitudes. Scott will jump right into the stroller and wait for my wife or I to fasten the straps, and Chris will fight it, and he still cant escape this one! This is a great stroller, and I would recommend it in a second. If you have any questions about this stroller, feel free to Email me at cmdietz@msn.com
