Pros: Great for walking/jogging on all terrains; lightweight; children's weight differences do not throw the stroller off.
Cons: Needs a parking break; strap between the legs is too long (can be remedied); retracted canopy brushes against an older childs head.

| fisch's Full Review: Baby Jogger Twinner II Stroller |
If you have two children & love to walk or jog, this is the stroller for you!
I purchased the Twinner II directly from Baby Jogger (May 2000) because I loved my Baby Jogger II (1997). My sons are 3.5 years (36 lbs.) and 13 weeks (18 lbs.). These highly differing weights do not throw off the balance of the stroller in any way. My youngest has been riding in this stroller since he was 1.5 months with one of those headrests with no problem; with a smaller baby you might need a neck support also.
The 5-point harness system really holds the boys in tight, which is especially important with the baby. Negative: the strap that goes between their legs is too long even with all of the slack taken up. It works just right for my 3-year old; however, for the baby I must wrap the clip around once to take up additional slack.
The deep seats work wonderfully for both children! The hand break and safety strap work really well while walking down steep hills. Negative: Needs a parking break. The hand break works well for parking on the single stroller, but the double one is heavier & more bulky & could really benefit from a parking break. Also, the hand strap needs Velcro to attach it too the handle when not in use-I added this to mine.
This stroller is lightweight & easy to maneuver which makes walking & jogging behind it really wonderful, even up steep hills! I have the 16" wheels that I think are perfect for all types of terrain-we encounter cracked sidewalks, dirt, gravel, curbs, & grass.
The canopy is retractable and has a small plastic panel in it so that you can view both children. Negative: when it is retracted, it brushes against the top of my 3 year olds head The back mesh pockets are large enough to store most necessary items, and the basket underneath is also roomy. Negative: must remove part of this to break it down.
Breaking the stroller down is not difficult, but it does take some getting used to. Removing the wheels is fairly easy: the side wheels use this push tab sort of operation & the front wheel is just like a front bicycle tire removal.
I also purchased the rain canopy because we occasionally get some windy days here. I have yet to use it though. Instead, I use a blanket draped down over the canopy. This also works well to block out all the sun from the baby. Negative: I don't ever plan to walk in the rain and I have yet to use it on windy days, so I don't think this was a necessary purchase.
I have really enjoyed this stroller for the last month! It works perfectly in my situation. It is a pricey stroller, so I recommend trying one out with your kids in it (preferably outside!). I would purchase this exact model in a second!
