| Wanbli_Gleska's Full Review: Baby Tap-a-Tune Piano |
My father bought this toy for my youngest son, who was 12-months-old at the time, while we were in Illinois. My son was quite taken with it. His face would light up every time we pulled it out for him to play with. But as time went on, well, he still likes it but we keep a close eye on him now.

Personal Story #1 (14-months-old)
My youngest son was sitting down drinking his bottle, when his older brother came in with this baby piano. My youngest son, still attentive to his bottle, began to press each key one buy one. You could see a smile from behind his bottle. Then he started "banging" on it. My oldest son quickly intervened. He proceeded to show him how to play "Mary Had A Little Lamb". Okay so it was a bit off key but my youngest son seem intrigued. He now tries to play the baby piano instead of banging it unless....
Personal Story #2 (17-months-old)
My youngest son was in one of his nasty moods of God knows what so I figured that he would be happy to play his little piano. I had put him in the highchair to vacuum the carpet so the loud pounding was drowned out by the vacuum. (Glad I have a noisy vacuum for the loud toys..LOL) He would angrily hit the keys of the baby piano until he realized that it did not phase me, and then he did the unthinkable. He threw it at me. Not only did he throw it at me, he threw it so hard that it caused me to have a nasty black eye. I almost went to the hospital because I was actually showing signs of a concussion.

My Recommendation
This toy is fine to buy for your child, but as with any toy, think of the dangers to it. This toy is quite hard. There is nothing soft to it. Also, think about this before you go off to buy it...This toy IS a NOISY toy; so be sure to buy some Excedrin along with it.
