Product itself is outstanding, miracle item for our baby, calms tummy woes gas, indigestion, acid reflux, and other newborn hurts.  However....most dishonorable company.  We are most disappointed and surprised that they will not honor a promotion that was included in the box of the gripe water, to send in a form to receive a free product.  We promptly sent in the form, paid the postage to mail it, waited 12 weeks, then called them, and were told they would not honor it.  They said offer expired in 2008, even though we'd bought that bottle, and many others IN 2009!  I was calm and respectful when I called, to no avail.  They chose to deceive their loyal customers (they informed me there are others too).  Tricia, the receptionist, was most kind.  However, final decision came from a manager named Jamie, and her answer was no.  Because they were dishonest to my family, we will purchase another brand of gripe water from now on.  We never support companies (with our hard earned cash) which are not caring and appreciative of their customers, who are the reason any company exists.  Thank you for reading.
