I was watching a DVD about the Back joy item. It's a back Orthodox. You sit on it slide back and it's suppose to keep you stilling straight all day long any place you are sitting. I tested the item out and thought well maybe this would be good. For the 5 minute test it seemed like a good idea to try it out.

Well i have been struggling with back issues for a long time. I found the BACK JOY to be worthless. The BACK JOY did my back a huge disservice and wish I would have knew about this website before I decided to give the Back Joy a try. One day at work at 2 days in the car was enough to send my back into a fit.

I work at a desk all day long typing away at this and that. So it is keep on to sloch into the chair because in the long run you end up in pain. So I thought the back joy would be one way to not have to remember how to sit all day long.

It says it keeps you from slouching but that isn't true you will still sloch and depending on what side you favor you will lean that way a bit more the normal. Back Joy is a bad name because I found no joy what so ever from this item.

So before you buy this you should talk to a doctor. For years I have struggled with back issues and am on daily meds. So all i did was end up taking 5 steps back with this item.

I guess it might work better if you do not start out using it all day long but with baby steps. Honestly it is a waste of time and money.
