Pros: Price, durability, customer service, inexpensive replacement parts
Cons: Could be more comfortable
The Bottom Line: I know at least three mothers who tossed away $240 on the Medela pump and barely used it for three months (or never). This is a good risk!

| justmytwocents's Full Review: Bailey Nurture Iii |
First, I will tell you that my experience is that I work full time and breastfed my son for 2 years.
I got this pump from my sister-in-law but I would buy it again if it crashed and burned(it did not.....double pumping twice a day for over 9 months). It's been through four babies total!
I feel like this pump is a great alternate to the cadillac, Medela at half the price with all the important features.
You do get a little pinch at first, but like breastfeeding in general, you adapt. I think Bailey sells silicon inserts to help with this but to me, it was just one more part to wash!
I had no problem adapting to the manual cycling. As with any pump, this takes getting used to.
I encountered a bit of condensation in the tubing, but this was remedied by replacing seals, etc. Plus, you can simply replace the tubing at the hardware store very inexpensively. (This was at the suggestion of Bailey).
Spare parts were readily available and quick.
I bought adapters from AVENT to be able to pump straight into the AVENT bottles vs bags. (I pumped fresh milk everyday for my son, therefore, this was the most economical and easy thing to do). Don't use larger than 4 oz bottles with this pump. (Has to do with the suction vs volume thing!)
I do have to put in a plug for the AVENT ISIS. I switched to this manual pump when my son started on solids and required half the amount of breast milk. This is a real winner. Total comfort and simplicity! Great if you use AVENT system! I would recommend the total combination and you can still get away with ($90 for Bailey pump and $38 for AVENT). I simply refrigerated my milk until I was ready to leave work and then transported home in a small cooler.......no frills or slick carrying case but it worked!
