The roller ball is a great piece of exercise equipment as long as you learn to use it correctly. Not only can you get excellent abdominal results, but what most people don't realize is that you can use it to work out other parts of your body, such as arms, chest, and even your legs.
The key to using the roller ball correctly is simply learning to balance on it in different positions, once you've mastered that you won't find an easier exercise than the roller ball. Once you've mastered your balance using the roller ball, you can also start using weights in your exercise routine which in return with greatly increase your results. Another great aspect of this ball is that once you have finished your exercise routine you can also use the ball to stretch out and loosen those body parts up, or you can use it to stretch out before doing more high intensity workouts. I love to use it to stretch out before I go on a long run it helps me relax and loosen up before I run. Its very comfortable to use and you actually feel good after you've finished your work out.
