OK, OK. I don't use this product. My husband, God bless him and his thinning hair, relies on it. If you've ever wondered about how not to fry your pate without having to wear a baseball cap, this product is the answer!
Here are the facts: It is a "spray gel", so it doesn't leave a lot of grease behind, although there is a slight sheen. It is SPF 25, and it is water proof and sweat proof. This is an ideal product for when you are active and out in the sun, such as playing tennis or doing yard work.
It doesn't have much of a scent, and what little there is, is pleasant and dissipates quickly. The spray applicator makes all-over application quick and easy, and as mentioned above, you're not left with that greasy feeling.
But the absolute best thing about this product is that you can spray those thin spots up top and then just not worry about being fried to a crisp. When my son was younger, he had very fine, white-blond hair, and we used it on his head, too. Sure, he looked a bit like a little greaser, but nothing like he would've looked if we had tried to use regular lotion on his hair! (The image of crisco-drenched hair springs to mind... ugh!)
Because this is a gel and greaseless, it shampoos out or washes off easily, too.
I can't recommend this product highly enough. We have been using it for 2 years now with excellent results, both in the Arizona sun and on various beach vacations.
