Banana Boat After Sun Lotion has been a must have product for me ever since I started becoming obsessed with achieving the perfect tan. Lately I've been taking better care of my skin, avoiding tanning beds and burns. However, I still use Banana Boat After Sun Lotion to prolong my summer tan and avoid peeling and dryness when I do get red.
PACKAGING
Banana Boat After Sun Lotion comes in a clear 16 Fl. Oz. clear bottle with a brown pump lid. The bottle is shorter and wider than most of the other bottled lotions I have and has the recognizable Banana Boat label on the front. The pump design is great for quick and easy dispensing, however, it's not so great for traveling. I cannot go on any beach vacation without this lotion, so I've purchased a cheap travel container from Wal*Mart that I fill with lotion. The bottle is also clear so that you can see the pale yellow lotion and know when it's time to buy more.

MY EXPERIENCE
I use the Banana Boat After Sun Lotion daily during the summer months. It's part of my daily post-shower routine and I also use it more frequently if I have any sunburn. I love the tropical scent and I really feel like I get my money's worth as the $5.00 bottle lasts all summer long.
It actually only takes a few pumps from the bottle to cover my entire body because the lotion is so extremely thick. In fact, when I've asked anyone to lotion my back they usually misjudge how thick it is and end up using way too much. The lotion feels very cool and soothing on my skin and absorbs quickly without making me feel greasy or oily.
I definitely feel like the use of the Banana Boat After Sun Lotion helps to prolong my tan by keeping my skin moisturized and healthy. It also feels great on sunburn and helps to prevent peeling.
CONCLUSION
I could not live without this lotion during the summer! It's a great moisturizer, helps to protect my tan and smells great. The price is fairly inexpensive and the bottle lasts a long time because the lotion is so thick. I highly recommend Banana Boat After Sun Lotion for those looking for the perfect healthy summer tan or seeking relief from sunburn.
