Pros: Stays put.
Cons: Nothing so far.
I wish that years ago I had invested in the Band-Aid company, I'm sure I would be sitting pretty by now just with my family's purchase of Band-Aids. Never does a day go by that someone doesn't need one. We do have a small problem though, I am allergic to Latex so I have to be very careful with the Band-Aids I purchase.
The Band Aid Flexible Fabric Adhesive Bandages 3/4" X 3" 100 Each do not state if they are latex free. The bandages are easily molded into the shape of the body part that needs covering. The pad on the Band-Aid goes from one side of the adhesive to the other side. There isn't a little space where the adhesive is and it won't stick to your wound. When taking it off, you could make the wound worse. These are a nice size and cover most of the ordinary wounds that you would have around the house.
The Band Aid Flexible Fabric Adhesive Bandages 3/4" X 3" 100 Each sticks to the skin and it sticks well. You don't even have to worry about it coming off when you get it wet. It is best to change it if it does get wet.
The Band Aid Flexible Fabric Adhesive Bandages 3/4" X 3" 100 Each is a sterile bandage until opened. Make sure you use it right away when you open it. You don't want the bandage to become contaminated. That could make matters worse instead of better.
I have used these when push has come to shove and there is nothing else in the house to cover the cut. I usually leave it on for a very short period of time, just long enough to stop the bleeding. I then take it off and leave it off. If you are allergic to Latex, use your own good judgment. I only recommend these to people who don't have a Latex allergy.
My little Diva dogs doesn't even mind having a Band-Aid on her. She struts it around and when someone says poor puppy, she will hold up her little bandaged leg. She doesn't want you to take it off.
When you are finished with the Band-Aids and you see adhesive residue, just rub lightly with baby oil and it will take it off. No need to scrub the skin off your child.
The Band Aid Flexible Fabric Adhesive Bandages 3/4" X 3" 100 Each are relatively in expensive. I think I paid about $5.00 for a box. Everyone needs a bandage that holds tight so your wound can heal so head to the store and get a couple of boxes. I know I have them around my house.
