In October, I noticed a printed ad regarding the Barbie Computer. I knew instantly this would be the perfect gift for my two girls 6 & 8. I ordered the product the third week of October. Today's date is January 29, 2000, and I have YET to receive the computer. I have spent probably 20 hours on making phone calls to inquire about the length of time it has taken. Supposedly it was shipped on January 21, 2000. As if I wasn't mad enough already, I read when another person who expressed an opinion ordered her computer the first week of December and it arrived by December 15. I would take a long hard look before I dealt with this company again. If I hadn't been determined that this would be the perfect gift, I would have cancelled this order long ago. I feel not only that the product has to be good, the service does also, so beware.
