If you have sensitive eyes this is a great powder liner that is 100% pure minerals, preservative-free and non-irritating. The small container holds 28 grams of powder form eye liner. You will need an eyeliner brush or smudge brush to apply this liner to your eyes and will have to purchase that separately.
This eyeliner is so easy to apply with is dry form or wet. In dry form I have used this with both a smudge brush and an eyeliner brush. To apply wet you simply wet the brush and dab it on a tissue to remove the extra water, dip it in the powder and swish it a bit on the inside of the lid to mix it slightly before applying to your eye as a liner. This will make for a more dramatic line. If you want a softer application of liner you would do this dry. Dip the sponge end of the smudge brush and drag it across the inside of the lid to blend it a little then apply to eye as you would for liner. The smudge brush allows you to soften the line as you apply. With this powder liner you will not have any pulling of your skin or other ingredients to cause irritation to your eyes.
The coffee bean color is truly the color of a coffee bean before it has been ground for coffee. It is not extremely dark but more a rich brown tone to complement any skin tone. The liner will last all day without smearing or running, unless of course you cry. It is a soft powder that goes on easily and cleans up just as easily.
I have no problem washing this liner off my eyes whenever I use it. It has never irritated my eyes and always looks just as good late at night as it did when I first applied it. This is one liner I will not change using.
It can be purchased at Ulta, Sephora, QVC and Bare Minerals web site. It is not readily available at cosmetic counters in other stores. The cost for a small container is $13.00. Minerals are becoming the hot new trend in makeup and Bare Minerals has been around for quite a while with their products. When you are looking for a product that does not contain other ingredients Bare Minerals is a product line you want to consider.
