Moisture
When it comes to moisturizing, Bath & Body Works takes the cake with their body cream and the Body Butter. Although a bit greasy at times, the Body Butter keeps my skin moisturized all day. I primarily use the Body Butter on my hands in the winter and on my feet all year round to keep my heels from cracking. The greasy feeling is hardly noticeable and is well worth the moisture that you get from the butter.
Fragrance
The only scent I use in Body Butter is Sweet Pea. This scent is not very strong, but is still heavenly. Some of the other scents Bath & Body Works' Healing Body Butter is available in includes Warm Vanilla Sugar, Black Raspberry Vanilla, Coconut Lime Verbena, Cotton Blossom, Moonlight Path, and Peony. None of these scents are very strong, but the fragrance, like the moisture, will stick with you for most of the day.
Price
2 oz. tub: $5
7 oz. tub: $14
I like to get the 2 oz. tubs personally. Since a little bit of the Body Butter goes a long way, it takes a while to use up. I have found that with the 7 oz. tubs a thick, nasty, semi-dry lotion film builds up around the top of the container and even though I know it is just lotion, I still get really grossed out by it and don't want to use it anymore. It is cheaper to buy the 7 oz., but the difference is not much.
Verdict
Body Butter is one of my favorite Bath & Body Works products (coming in second only to the Body Cream). If you buy the 2 oz. tubs, it feels like you are really getting a good deal. It is not very often you can get a product this good for $5. My only real problem with the Body Butter is that it comes in a tub so once you start running low it is hard to get out. This is a wonderful product that I would recommend to anyone whether your dry skin lasts year round or is seasonal.
Beneficial Ingredients: Healing Shea and Jojoba Butters, Replenishing Olive, Soybean and Rice Bran Oils, Protective Antioxidant Vitamin E, Soothing Aloe, Active Oat Extract, Real Sweet Violet Extract
