"Freedom is the right of all sentient beings," quotes Optimal Optimus in Beast Wars. He is the gorilla we all now and love and now he's more than that. In Optimus' latest incarnation, he is a robotic gorilla, a powerful robot, an airplane, and a battle car. Gaining this power from joining his spark to the original Optimus Prime's spark from the original Transformers series, he leads his Maximals against the evil Predacon leader, Megatron. This toy is one of my favorites. He is able to transform into the four different modes mentioned above. He can also shot two plastic missiles from his shoulder guns and with two AA batteries, his eyes light up along with shoulder canons and a red spot light on his chest. I love Optimus Prime, and I just had to get this new one. He stands almost 10 inches in robot mode and comes with a gun. He also has battle shields that connect to his arms or his shoulders. His is a fun toy to play with or a great trophy to have on your desk. His transformations are easy after you get the hang of them and do take a little time. His joints are tough and you may pinch a finger trying to move them. This Optimus is one of the better Beast Wars toys and is well worth the hefty price tag.
