I had to cover deep plum paint that was peeling due to excess moisture damage. I wanted one-coat-coverage, but had no hope I'd get it, so I picked up some primer at the same time, just in case. The Behr Premium Plus wasn't cheap, but neither is the *other brand* I thought I'd have to buy that starts with S and ends with illiams, and I have since returned the primer--didn't need it! The Behr covered like a champ. It was thick and dense, but totally smooth and easy to use. It covered the purple paint, and sealed the peeling edges and flaps that I couldn't prep properly. The overall result was even and thorough, and the eggshell finish really hid a multitude of blemishes. I painted months ago, but the color has held up and the peeling has not recurred. I could not be more pleased, and will definitely use this paint again in future.
