Pros: Cheap. Easy to install.

Cons: Very slow connections to uplink.

The Bottom Line: Don't waste your money.

I purchased it since I have a need for a switch and it was very inexpensive ($20 after rebate). I brought it home and it was easy enough to hook it up. Unpacked it and plugged in the power adaptor and network cables, and I was up and running. But this is where the fun ends. I had the switch hooked up to a router and everything goes to through the router (virtually all internet traffic) was extremely slow. It was so slow that it made the connect practically useless. I want my money back!!!

If you are planning on connecting computers only through the switch, this will work just fine. The transfer rate between the computers hooked up through the switch was as good as advertised.
