As good as Tempurpedic for nearly half the price!

Pros: Excellent product; firmness, construction, comparable if not superior to Tempurpedic.
Cons: Can't test it first. Small-ish operation.

Ok,
Nobody feels too comfortable buying a big ticket item like a mattress over the phone or on the Internet, without being able to try it first, but this company has an excellent product for a fraction of the price that Tempurpedic charges for their imported and well advertised mattresses.
Saul and the folks at Bergad seem very nice, honest and informative. They seem to do the bulk of their business regionally, providing viscoelastic mattresses, pads and products to the hospital industry. They are building a bigger factory to boost their capacity and currently seem to make the best viscoelastic memory foam mattress that money can buy, and are able to do so at nearly half the cost of Tempurpedic
