Even a bit more detail would help the review. If I had seen this for the first time it would be helpful. However, it's tough being new, you did do a good job on the review and the bed sounds interesting. Shipping these days leaves something to be desired! I just got a select comfort. Thanks for taking the time to update. I think you did a great job by including not only the delivery issues but discussing the bed as well. It sounds like a nice one.

I am sorry for giving your review a "not helpful" rating, but I really felt that you were reviewing the shipping company and not the mattress. If you decide to update with some information about the mattress I would be happy to come back and take another look.

I see you're new to Epinions. You have a great start to your review but it may be more helpful if you could include some product information as well as any personal experience. Perspective purchasers considering a large purchase as this may need more info to make an informed buying decision.

We learn little about the bed. More detail makes for a good review.
You have good potential I think you may find it helpful to go to the Member's Center and read some of the advice.

In addition, read some of the top reviews with a very helpful rating. I did both of these during my early Epinions days. It really helped. Don't get frustrated and please keep trying.
Look into each product in depth, what do you like about it, what don't like about it, how it is used. What are some of the features? Why did you buy the product? In which way did it meet your needs? In addition, if it helps develop an outline before beginning. I look forward to giving you your first very helpful review!
