Pros: None
Cons: Many! Please read article.
The Bottom Line: Look to another Motel, in the area, or Ashland, KY right across the river.

I am sure the owners would love to forget about me, and my now 85 year old Mother, but in return I can neither forget nor forgive what they allowed to happen to us, and did nothing in return to help us, pay for damages or even say they were sorry, which was all I ask for to start with.
This Motel HAS BEEN reviewed Twice, please see number 178332667524 . Am sorry to say little has changed except owners, and exterior paint. Rooms remain bleak and there has been no changes to correct structural problems, in the place. We had a friend who stayed there and out of curosity and what occured with my mother, I went to see if there were any improvements after the celing crashed into her while she was sitting in the restroom. Sadly it is the same place, samething. I could not recommend this location to anyone. We were not the only people, who were there and had this occured to them, we could have had it not occur had there been warnings, there was over a 24 hour period that lapsed with no desk call saying this was occuring in other rooms.
My Mom remains in poor health can not walk, is bed bound, and while some is age, some is she lost her ability to walk when this occured to her. She was never stooped, became that way, after being hit, with falling debries, plaster and tons of water.
Water issues alone make the location, a risk.
The place was never anything to recommend, but we went there to in a federal emergency. An ice storm. And it did give us a bed, but the entire ordeal, when things went wrong and we became victems the attitude changed. We were not treated well with the exception of the late Manager, she was kind. Others who had been kind turned on us, and the other victems, afraid of loosing their jobs, I suppose. Very sad.
Prices were and are not awful. but the risk and history of this place could never allow me to send anyone, there to stay.
In a basic description of the place, one would call it, a 1960's design with no renovation, and interiors are spartan, there are no modern additions, had a Continental breakfeast, and 2 external pop machines, no food nearby, not even a Fast food resturant for miles. Sheets are changed if requested, but the bed spread, is only washed when dirty, not on a daily or user basis.
