Pros: Decent tea with no aftertaste.
Cons: Could be a bit stronger in flavor.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this to tea drinkers that enjoy mint, and a light flavored tea.

I am an avid tea drinker. If it is available in my area, you can bet I have tried it or will try most brands and flavors out there.
Bigelow Sweet Dreams Herb Tea
What your getting is 20 tea bags per box. Blue is the theme for this tea box, and packaging. Each tea bag contains a drawstring and tag. Bigelow's Sweet Dreams Herb Tea promises to be a "Relaxing blend of Chamomile & Mint. This tea is all natural, Caffeine Free, contains no carbs, calories, or nutritional value. This makes a great tea for my diet.
Preparation
This tea can be steeped 3-5 minutes over boiling water. I tend to steep this one a bit less than maximum time, about 4 minutes. That is just my preference.
My thoughts about using mint in teas
Getting any sort of mint tea right can be a bit challenging. If you don't mix that mint up with some other flavors or herbs than more than likely you will experience a strange aftertaste. In my opinion, mint most of the time will be minty at first followed by a strange almost spinach like after taste. I call this taste being to "green." While I don't mind the aftertaste, and often do drink mint teas without being mixed with other herbs, I do really prefer it mixed with something... With that being said, on to the ingredient list found on the packaging.
Ingredients
Chamomile, hibiscus, peppermint leaves, rose blossoms, spearmint leaves, spice, orange blossoms
My Thoughts
Like I said before, any type of mint tea in my opinion is hard to get right. I think Bigelow did a decent job at really thought out these flavors. I give this tea 4 stars right off the bat, just for the pure fact that I don't experience any spinach or green after taste. The chamomile takes that aftertaste away. I love orange blossoms mixed with chamomile. That produces a flowery type of taste.
The only reason I am not giving this tea 5 stars is that I feel that it is lacking in strength a bit. It is missing something small that could give it that pow. The flavors go together nicely, but I think perhaps the chamomile could be just a tad bit stronger in flavor. Or maybe a bit more mint would help this tea out.
Overall
I have experienced many different teas that contain mint. I am impressed that this tea does not contain that weird green after taste that I was half expecting. I do recommend this tea to those that enjoy a minty feel to their tea. This tea in my opinion is best served sweetened or unsweetened and hot. This tea is a light flavored tea, and would be great served any time of day. It is amber/gold in color when steeped for 4 minutes.
