Unusual Review (Reply to this comment)

Thanks for a very unique review about this Lebanese restaurant.
I have never been inside of one nor eaten Lebanese food.
Your review makes it sound so delicious and inexpensive. I'll have to see if there are some around here.

Now if I could ever get my husband to go someplace other than Pudges (Reply to this comment)

When ever we visit my in-laws, my husband just has to go to Pudges for his steak sandwich. Since we generally only come in for a weekend, that is usually all the we eat. Hopefully I can get him to try something else sometime.

Long gone the days in the 70s when we frequented... (Reply to this comment)

...former City Councilman Jimmy Tayoun's "Middle East" Restaurant, more for the belly dancing and the "Philly's Most Powerful" clientele than for the pedestrian food. This one sounds awesome. You and Sloucho ought to create a Philly restaurant guide.
Nicely done.

You are absolutely KILLING me. (Reply to this comment)

Lebanese food is the one type of food that is *sorely* lacking in my neighborhood, and yet is one of my favorites. Can you FedEx me a gyros? ;)
Excellent review, JennJoy.
