Pros: Cheap and works well.
Cons: Messy and fragile.
The Bottom Line: Well worth the money, but not a high-end machine. Good value, not highest quality.

As everyone else has noted, this grinder can get pretty messy, and some of the plastic is fragile.
I've found that it's not particularly messy if you give the grounds-container a few good taps on the top before removing. Static is an issue with any plastic container, but I find a metal spoon for taking out the grounds discharges that fairly well.
On mine, when cleaning, I managed to break off the Incredibly Fragile plastic "bounce reducer" on the whole-bean container the second time I cleaned the unit, but that doesn't keep the unit from working (just means the last few beans in a grind jump around a lot).
I've had mine for about a year now, and I'm perfectly satisfied. I would not be satisfied if I'd paid $100 for the grinder, but you get what you pay for.
Also, while the grind is adjustable from French Press levels down to a perfectly good espresso (at least for my stovetop brewer; people with real pressure machines might need it finer, I don't know either way), it can't manage a proper dust grind for Turkish. But let's keep our expectations reasonable.
(I don't consider the noise factor excessive, because, well, it's a grinder. Grinders are noisy. In a $200 unit, I might expect tricksy sound dampening. Here that's unreasonable; like marking down a Geo Metro because it's not a Porsche.)
