Great Black and Decker service

Pros:The poroduct works well


And the service works even better
 Cons:A little more sensitive to wear and tear than it should be.

I had one of these blowers and one of the internal parts broke (the fan blade). There was no replacement part. It was 5 years old. After some emails back and forth, a very reponsive customer service group at Black and Decker agreedf to send me an entire replacement. No argument.

Just good old time responsible service. Well done, Black and Decker.
