Pros: Electronic level. Good torque. Key less chuck.
Cons: Charger reliability. Balance.
It worked fine for a while but after maybe 7 or 8 charges the charger quit working. I measured the voltage and current output at the terminals of the charger with the battery being charged and it is not strong enough to charge the battery. The light on top of the charger is not lighting up either. An extra charger costs $30!! I took the charger apart and all the electronic components in the charger ( other than the transformer that plugs into the wall ) are cheap components that should not cost more than 50 cents. Now I am stuck with a 12V, 2 battery, drill and driver that is worth nothing.
In general the drill driver worked as expected and has good variable speed control and enough torque to do most light level, around the house jobs. I liked the electronic level light.
I am a very light user and cannot take it back because it has been more than 2 years since I bought it and my estimate of 7 to 8 charges is aggressive and includes both batteries ( 3 to 4 charges per battery ).
I would not recommend this brand to other users. Get a Makita or Dewalt, pay more in the beginning but enjoy seamless operation of the product for years to come.
