termy's Full Review: Black & Decker Le750 Lawn Edger
I found this edge hog to be very useful. For edging you do not need a gas-powered machine. This edger has plenty of power. So much power in fact, I never bogged it down all the way. This is of course for home use only, not for a landscaping service, however I find it keeps up really well, and I maintain it too. I bought this edger last summer and it lasted all through then. I have a lawn care service. And I do not mind using it for landscaping service purposes. This edger is only $90.00 bucks. This is the best electric edger you can buy. And the blade that it uses has jagged edges on it to help cut through better. And you can buy replacement blades for it as well. I use it with two 100-foot cords together to equal 200 feet.
Yes hulling that much of cord is a bit of a pain, however, it’s still easier than trying to maintain a gas edger. However, I do not recommend that you use more than 200 feet of cord. If you do, you might lose current and your motor will burn up due to loss of power from outlet. I used this electric device to not only landscape a homeowner’s lawn, but I also used it to landscape a business. After doing so, there were never any complaints! This is a great buy! Go ahead and enjoy your Black & Decker Edge Hog!

Believe it or not, absolutely no maintanance has been required except for keeping the machine clean and replacing the edger blade. I am really impressed with this edger, actually, more impressed with it then I was in the beginning!
Like I said before, it has all the power that I need, never needed more then what it could put out and its so easy to clean this thing. And I have had no electrical problems with it so far. Makes me wonder how B&D can make an excellent edger but make a pos pressure washer? Naa, don't worry, I aint bashing B&D, I like their products, I am just curious as to why?
