Good luck with your replacement. I finally got mine after a month. Thank goodness I had not gotten rid of my old coffeemaker! The replacement is somewhat better, but not totally satisfactory. I have to take the lid off the carafe while it's brewing, then put it on after the brew cycle is complete. I used to own a B&D under-the-counter coffeemaker years ago, and it was a wonderful product. Too bad their quality has declined...

I'm waiting for my replacement. I forgot about this site when I bought the coffee maker. I've wanted one that attached to the cabinet. Now I'm wondering if this is the first B&D product that I'll be unhappy with.
