I climb fairly infrequently, but often enough to yearn for something more comfortable to climb in than the wrap-around style harnesses that were the norm at the camps and rental places. The Black Diamond Bod presented itself as the second cheapest harness in my local outfitter (the cheapest being the Misty Mountain Fudge, a wrap-around).
It is, however, very much worth the money. I paid just over $50 for it, and am quite satisfied. The fleece lining in the wide waist band is soft and comfortable, even when climbing or belaying without a shirt on. The adjustable leg loops are a blessing for people like me with thighs disproportionate to their waists. Since it's not unisize, it fits like a glove. The special odd-shaped buckle allows for a very secure doubling-back of the webbing, making it very safe. There's even adjustable straps connecting the legs to the waist in the back (over yer butt), but they are rather difficult to adjust while wearing the harness. A great deal on a real workhorse of a harness. I've had mine for about 2 years now.
