This bread machine is really great and is wonderful if you like the smell and taste of fresh bread in your own home. The machine is very versatile and I use mine for making more than just bread. Bread machines are so easy to use, you just need to measure very carefully, make sure your water is the right temperature, and put your ingredients in the machine in the correct order. You can even set the timer the night before and have your bread come out fresh in time for breakfast. You can make homemade bread with your own ingredients and yeast or you can buy bread mixes where everything except the water is premeasured. Another thing I love to make is yeast pizza dough. The machine mixes and rises the dough in an hour and then I just need to put it in my pizza pan, add the toppings, and what a delicious dinner!!! This machine makes a nice size 2 pound loaf and it is done on average in three hours. My kids like to watch the bread mixing through the window and when the timer goes off they stand next to the machine and wait for their piece. Any bread fan will love this machine.
