I am a horrible cook. Ask anyone that has ever eaten at my apartment. I am bad. Plain and simple. Horrible.
BUT...this machine has made me feel like Betty Crocker!! Whenever the sweet smell of bread cooking drifts by my nose...I think to myself. Golly Gee Amy...You are a bread-making genius!! Of course...I can't take all the credit...I have my All-In-One Horizontal Automatic Breadmaker from Black and Decker to thank!! It transforms anything I make into a baker's delight and I'm delighted to tell you about it.
When I first got this machine, I marveled at how well it fit on my counter and how easy it was for me to move it around from place to place. I brought it to my mom's for the holidays and it is so convienently sized that it more than simple enough to pack up and bring somewhere else.
Another aspect that I love is the viewing window that is has. It lets me look at my little bread baby as it rises and poofs out. I marvel at how well I dumped the ingredients in and how well I turned the machine on. BECAUSE..that's really all you need to do. You can have bread made easily within 2 hours and you don't have to sit and worry about it because the machine takes care of it for you. It has a feature on it that keeps the bread warm for 60 minutes after you cook it and you can control the darkness of your crust by choosing regular or dark crust.
My machine even came with an instructional booklet and video and a neat little cook book for when I'm feeling adventurous to make my own dough instead of buying those bread machine mixes.
I'm telling you....if you love the smell of bakeries and bread company factories...you'll love the smell of your kitchen after you use this appliance. Buy it!!!
