The Blood-Horse is generally considered the #1 glossy trade journal covering horse racing. Published by the T.O.B.A. (Thoroughbred Owners & Breeders Assoc.) it is slanted towards the breeding business but is not without interest to all racing fans. The Sport of Kings is covered from an international perspective within these pages as the game has gone global more and more.
The writing is top-notch with in-depth coverage of all major stakes in America. The up-to-date important statistics such as general sire list, top owners, trainers, and jockeys are all provided. Pedigree pundits will love the stakes reports and sales catalog-type bloodlines analysis.
