Pros: GREAT WORKOUT, takes very little space, easy and quick to put together.

Cons: Weight limit even with 4 power bands is 200lbs. I could leg press 290 normally

Ok, it is now September, I checked my stats. I was wearing a size 18 in March when I started using the BTR and I wear a size 12. I can almost fit into a size 10. I love this machine, I recommend it totally to people interested in a good workout for your lower body and a limited workout for your upper body. I lost a total of 9 inches off my hips and 8 inches off my waist with the aid of this machine and a good diet regiment. BUY IT!!! USE IT !!! and you will love it!!!
