The Bottom Line: I love it! A great workout for people of "average" fitness (i.e. not bodybuilders). Weight training as well as cardio. It's easy and fun! I would definitely recommend!!

I ordered it off of the infomercial. It came standard delivery in a big box (to be assembled). Very easy to assemble - the instructions are clear, and it comes with the tools needed to tighten the bolts.
I put it in front of my TV, and use it while watching my favorite show. The time just flys by. I find it better than using a treadmill because it's quiet (no noise at all!) I find I have to turn the volume way up on my TV when I watch it while on the treadmill (to overcome the hum of the motor) I tend to exercise at night after the kids are in bed, so I definitely don't want something that'll create a lot of noise!
The chair comes with various tension bands that you can use in different combinations to achieve the amount of resistance you want. (i.e. there are pegs for bands on either side of the seat. You don't have to put 10lb bands on both sides like a set - you can put 5lb band on one side and 10lb band on the other, to achieve a max 15lbs.)
The only drawback is that once you're at a fitness level where you've maxed out your resistence weight, then the machine will only be useful for cardio workouts. However, I've been using the machine for about 2 1/2 years, and I still haven't gotten to a fitness level where the bands don't give me enough of a workout workout. If you do a lot of serious lifting in a gym and are in excellent shape - this might not be the machine for you. But for most average people, it's a great workout!! I love it.
This equipment has become a part of my bedroom furniture, but if you don't want to leave it out, it's a little bulky to store (it doesn't seem to lay completely flat like they'd like you to believe) Mine will not fit under my bed.
