Pros: Good for motivation. Allows a lot of healthy food. No snakeoil or magic pills required.

Cons: Should give more detailed information on weight training, pictures could set unrealistic expectations

The Bottom Line: Highly recommended. It is a straightforward no-gimmick plan to get fit and healthy.
