mama5's Full Review: Wendy Chant - Crack the Fat-Loss Code
Ease of use is exceptional. Wendy not only tells you the scientific reasoning behind the plan she outlines everything you have to do and also gives you recipes and meal planners. I bought this product because I have been trying to wittle my middle for quite some time. Quite honestly I have tried many diets only to stop after a few weeks because I have failed the programs. I have been looking for a diet that is something that is useable everyday for the rest of my life. Wendy chant has created such a program. Your first week is called your carb deplete week and it is strict you need to follow it strictly . You can substitute like foods though and she provides you with the meal plan and what each meal plan includes ex.protein, fat, veg. the shakes you have for each day are very good and the meals are as well. This morning I hade Spinach and mushroom omelet and it was very good! Wendy provides recipes for all the omelets as well as the shakes and many more meals. This program is an 8 week Program and is guaranteed to readjust your metabolism. This program consists of carb up days and carb down days but the best part of the program is your allowed 2 free passes or what I like to call cheat days . On these days you can have pizza, alcohol or whatever your heart desires. The great part about that is you don't feel like your on a diet at all because you are not depriving yourself of those foods you love. The first week is strict you need to stay below 20grams of carbs daily but, Wendy spells it all out for you to follow in her no fail planners. Planners are Easy to follow and understand.
