What I liked about this book is that it is NOT a book about "getting rich", it's a book about making the same or more money while investing less of yourself and your time. Increasing your free time to live how you want. Timothy Ferriss, the author of this book, term's this as "The New Rich." Sounds good to me!

He suggests things like setting boundaries on the use of your time by not letting people engage you in meetings and discussions that are not productive and simply a waste of your precious time, and lays out some great tactics for doing so. He also tells you step by step how to outsource common everyday tasks that most of us do in our daily jobs and life. There is a whole chapter on outsourcing that blew my mind on how accessible and easy it is for not only big corporations, but you and I, to send simple tasks overseas to be done at ridiculously reasonable prices.

If all you want to do is keep on making what you make now, while freeing your evenings or weekends, the answers are in this book. My goal was simply to see a "return on investment" on the book, which I've seen through at least 5 hours per week in free time over the 6 weeks since I bought the book, and I've only read half of it. You tell me, is 30 hours of freetime and counting a decent ROI on $20? Unless my time is worth less than $0.67 an hour, I think I'm doing pretty well. (google 4 hour workweek and check out his website and blog, he's got a ton of content there that doesn't cost a dime!)
