Pros: Excellent read, Can't put it down!
A wonderful read! Nora captures your interest like always. This book starts out a little slow to interest me but by the second chapter I am hooked. It tells a story of a man in a miserable marriage who goes outside the marriage to find the love of his life. He conceives a child with her and she runs off and makes a life on her own. She gives up the man she loves and father of her child so that he can be a father to the kids he already has with his wife. The lady, Amanda, tells their daughter on her death bed that her "father" was not really her dad that someone else was. This turned the Shanon's life upside down. So she travels over from the US to County Clare. She falls in love with the country and instead of staying one week stays a longer time. While being there she ends up falling in love with the neighbor and close friend of the family, Murphy. She fights the love and says that she is not in love with him just wants the casual sex that her and Murphy have that pulls at them. It has a great story line that keeps you intrigued! Sparks fly high with Shanon and Murphy. But I am not giving away all the details or the ending. You have to read to find that out.
