BAD PRODUCT!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM BOSCH OVENS

Pros: nothing its dead in the water

Cons: Worst customer service I have ever seen in any industry.

The Bottom Line: Save yourself... don't buy this product its an inferior product and they wont help you if it breaks

willy74's Full Review: Bosch HBL5650UC Electric Double Oven
My experience with BOSCH double oven has been horrendous. Let's reviews dates. 4/17/08 my 3 year old BOSCH double oven is not working correctly. The specific problem is the oven wont shut off no matter what. It keeps getting gradually warmer and warmer until its maxxed out. (I shut it off at that point). Cancel button wont work. Selecting a different mode wont work. Finally I went to my electrical panel and shut the breaker off. Called BOSCH tech support told them of the problem and they listed one appliance service company in the area certified to work on them. Service company comes out and says circuit board is fried and verifies it with BOSCH tech support. So at this point im told it will take 3 weeks for part to come in and we will be back on track for the price of $499 installed. I'm thinking whoa... thats a lot what am i gonna do? Get a new stove I'll have to pay it and move on. One month rolls by and no part. We call the appliance service company and they tell us BOSCH doesnt have any circuit boards at the moment because there havent been enough of them to break so far to warrant them making a batch. As for the rest of this story I'll give you the short. It's now 8/4/08 and my circuit board is still has not arrived and neither my appliance company nor BOSCH knows how or when i can get one.
