This tool is a useless toy. No matter how you tighten the body clamp bolt, the motor still slips down allowing the bit to cut deeper into the wood. I chucked the entire kit in the trash.

At maximum tightness, the clamp adjusting bolt cannot keep the motor housing at the adjusted depth. In my opinion the only laminate trimmer worth the trouble are the those that have threads built into the motor housing and the guide body.

This is another pathetic design.
