Bought December 2007 and have been trying to get this fixed ever since. Bosch authorized repairman indicated that the door hinges were poorly designed and has not been able to give me a time that this will be fixed. In the mean time, the door remains open wide enough that the light remains open, the knobs are melting, and the plastic door trim as cracked. I am now looking to return this oven.
