I bought the washer and dryer about 3 years ago. I have had no problems with either one. I love the delay start feature. It makes doing laundry while working full time much easier. I get home just as the washer is finishing, throw the clothes in the dryer, and in no time, my laundry is done! I would recommend these to anyone. The are well worth the money. Another good feature is being able to pick the speed of the spin cycle. It allows you to get fewer wrinkles in some fabrics. The quickmix cycle is great. It does a very good wash while taking less time. I've also had to buy much less laundry soap because the washer is so efficient. It uses much less water, so it's great for the water bill, or the well, if you are in a drought area. The wash cycle is so quiet, I sometimes have to open the door of the laundry closet to seem if it is still running. This is by far the best washer I've ever owned. I used to always buy Whirlpool, but not any more! This is a great machine for busy moms. The door seal is still in great shape, even after 3 years. No leaks at all!
