Pros: WOW IS THIS THING QUIET!!! Washes quickly, uses very little water/detergent.
Cons: Silverware rack very intrusive, can't load as many dishes.
The Bottom Line: This dishwasher cleans very well, and makes practically no noise at all.

I've read the other review -- it's complaints were that dishes do not dry well and loading is difficult.
This dishwasher does not have a drying element. That's pretty cool considering no more melted plastic -- you can load plastic anywhere without fear. It dries through condensation, which I have found takes no longer than my other dishwasher did with a heating element. Here's where I believe they are getting confused: the other dishwashers have a wash, rinse, and dry cycle and each takes a certain amount of time. This dishwasher only appears to have 2, but it actually has a dry cycle as well, and it also takes 30 min or so. If you open a conventional dishwasher up before dry cycle is complete, those dishes will be wet, just like this dishwasher if you don't give it a little time after it is done washing them!
As for loading, I can't argue there. The silverware holder is very intrusive, taking up a lot of room on the lower rack. I have discovered you can't cram nearly as much in this dishwasher as I could with my old Kenmore/Whirlpool. However, that's probably another reason they are coming out cleaner! Anyway, this hasn't hampered my opinion on this dishwasher, although I wouldn't mind finding another silverware holder.
I highly recommend this dishwasher if you are looking for an upper-end dishwasher that is very quiet and functional.
