Power Switch problems on the Bosch upright

Pros:It has probably the best suction power of any vacuum out there.
 Cons:Having parts not available after purchasing the item

I agree it's the best, but yet with now service or parts, it is a huge paper weight! It is funny that no parts are available. Perhaps Dyson might be the better bet. I would like to buy another Bosch, but after this problem it wold make me think twice. Also the lack of service places in the US would make the product very expensive to repair when one has to ship it across the US to get it fixed
