sissycamp's Full Review: Bose 3·2·1 GS II Theater System
My Hubby and I bought this system for ourselves about two years ago. The sound is actually pretty good for it only having two speakers and the bass unit, I was pretty impressed with it at first. If you are playing music through it, it does leave a bit to be expected. But for playing dvd movies it was okay.
The speakers take up very little room, & would be great for someone who is not working with alot of space. The display is clear and easy to read.
After having the bose for quite a few months, we did became unsatisfied with the system. When we would watch movies on it, often times the system would freeze up in the middle of the movie. Leaving us to have to turn the power on and off a few times before it would free up. Then we would have to go back through previews and scene selections to get to the point where it left off.
This was pretty disappointing considering the price of it, we paid about a thousand dollars for ours.
After being frustrated through about eighty five movies, we sold it on ebay and bought a Denon, which has not disappointed us at all.
