I was given a pair of these ear-buds as a gift. At first glance they look a little funny, well they fit in your ear sideways and not straight in like other ear-buds. It takes some getting used to. I never could get them to stay in my ear nice and tight, so I could hear background noise in my office and that was very bothersome. I wear ear-buds about 10 hours a day so they need to be comfortable..... these don't do that at all..
my ears begin to hurt after a couple of hours. I also had problems with the way they are made. The mesh that is in the ear buds fell out on the left side and it is rough and scratchy on the right side. I called Bose to see if they could help me and they said that if I could not produce the receipt they would charge me 50 bucks for a replacement pair. I really did expect more from Boes . I have since bought another pair of ear-buds made by another company for half the money and they sound just as good. So save your money. All that glitters is NOT always gold.....
