Pros: Handles well, good acceleration power & steering control.
Cons: Ford turns a blind eye to dishonesty,on a regular basis, by dealers/their service.
The Bottom Line: DON'T BUY- dealerships are unsupervised and untrustworthy. you won't have any recourse when they rip you off...which I have learned is the rule, not the exception

While the car itself has had only a few mechanical problems, every single interaction we have had with the Dealer/Dealership, and complaints to Ford Motor Company, have been ignored or lied about. If some other manufacturer produced this auto, we'd be looking to get another as our second car needs to be replaced.
Unfortunately, the dealership (Sunrise Ford, North Hollywood CA)and manufacturers complete disregard for customer service have made this auto purchase the BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE MADE IN MANY YEARS. The car is great, but neither Ford nor their dealers can be trusted to do the right thing...or even a reasonable/rational thing!
Getting routine maintenance done, even with an appointment, consistently turned into MAJOR time constraints -they often make you wait SEVERAL HOURS for an oil change ON APPOINTMENT!

On more a few occasions the service dept. charged, or tried to charge completely unauthorized and unnecessary work. There was never any evidence that they actually did this work they were charging for, or trying to, as well.
Service and maintenance is so far below par that we broke warrantee to have a local service station do it instead of the dealer.
