This review was extremely helpful. I must say, I was trying to decide between Bouley Bakery and Chanterelle, and this review sealed the deal. This writer has a certain knack for food reviews - his words just fly off the page and make me reach for the telephone time and again. Are you sure this isn't Adam Platt in disguise?
