If you haven't seen their informecials then you probably never heard of on the best exercise on the market today.
Let me say that the Bowflex machine I purchased has helped me lose over 20 pounds. And I've only had it for a month. I noticed that besides the weight loss, I also got more muscle definition.
I bought the Bowflex Power Pro for $999. I know it's a bit much but it was worth it. I feel better about myself and I am physically stronger which is what I wanted from this product. The thing I like about Bowflex is their six-week test. If you don't like the results you’re getting within the first 6 weeks of your purchase or if you don’t see results (within 6 weeks) you can return it. Plus, if you have a problem with any part of the machine, they will ship you a new replacement part. For example, my seat was loose so I called because I thought it was broken and they sent me a new one. Turns out I didn't need it, nut now I have an extra seat just in case. One of the coolest features of the Bowflex is that you can do 60 different exercises with the Power Pro. And it’s not like you have to figure all them out on your own, there’s a manual that comes along with your Bowflex. The manual also has eating tips and ways to measure how much weight you’ve lost.
The way the Bowflex machines give you resistance to build muscle is through their patented Power Rods ®. If you think the weight says 20 or 30 you're in for a surprise. It feels like a lot more than that. So don’t start off too high.
Th Power Pro comes with an option that I love to do. Aerobic rowing. The Power Pro's seat slides back and forth so you can do a rowing exercise similar to the rowing machines in gyms.
The Bowflex Power Pro stands at 6’2” and when you unfold it the length is 5’4”. The width is 1’11”. So make some room availabe. I suggest looking on ebay or other auction sites for a used Bowflex. It may be used but it’s more than likely going to cost you less than the $999 price. It may seem hard to part with nearly $1000 but it’s worth it if you want real results
