Pros: Great customer service.
Cons: Shady quality control, but it happens to everyone sooner or later.
The Bottom Line: I didn't get a chance to use because what they shipped me was defective, but their customer service is great.

Well, the problem with my Revolution is that it's...well...it won't come together. Now as silly as that sounds I'm not mechanically illiterate, what had happened was that the main support bar that the base platform slides in was bent so it wouldn't go in. Well being a man, I tried to "make" it. So it got stuck, I thought fine, they'll replace it. As soon as I went to talk with them to replace it, I started taking the screws off, and they stripped out... which was surprising as I didn't overtighten them for that reason. So now I have the main frame with two pieces stuck to it. They're sending me replacements now, which took no more than 30 minutes to sort out, but it sucks having to wait a week. Anywho I might have just got a lemon, but their customer service was great. I'll repost a real review once I get to use it. But one thing I did notice was that the parts used in this machine are pretty heavy duty, everything seemed heavy duty and the fact that I couldn't get those other parts off (which by the way, they said I should ship attached just covered in cardboard and tape) is really reassuring as I was trying my hardest to get them off, I doubt anything would accidentally fall off. So the quality of the parts at least is great. We'll see about the quality of the sum of those parts in a week.
